What we keep

When you join the daily-question list, we keep your email address. If one of our video links brought you here, we also keep which link and which video, and the name of the site you came from, such as tiktok.com. We don’t keep your IP address or anything about your device.

Why

To send you the daily question once it starts, and to learn which of our videos bring people here.

Where it lives

On our own server, run by Stella Maris Solutions LLC, the company behind Solitude Matcha. We don’t sell your address or share it. Before the first email goes out, we’ll name the service that sends it on this page.

Leaving the list

Every email will have an unsubscribe link. To have your address deleted, write to companion@solitudematcha.com and we’ll delete it within 30 days.

In your browser

The site remembers two small things in your browser: whether you paused its motion, and which video link brought you here, which it forgets after 30 days. It sets no cookies and runs no ad trackers. Its fonts load from Google Fonts and its 3D code from cdnjs, so those services see a request from your browser, as they do on any site that uses them. Our host keeps standard server logs.
